Based on documents on file (latest clinical printout 8 Aug 2025) plus current medications. Generally well; GP bloods clinical notes often record no significant past history. Bloods (6 Aug 2025, fasting): glucose normal (4.5); TFT normal; lipids normal; FBC within limits. Iron studies: ferritin low at 17 (ref 15–200) — now on Maltofer every second night; recheck with GP as needed. Breast imaging (23 Jan 2024): bilateral mammogram + US — simple cysts only; no evidence of malignancy; density category C. Cervical screening (Sep 2023): low risk; HPV not detected; rescreen in 5 years (~2028). Immunisations: DT booster Oct 2023; dTpa Nov 2023; travel Hep A + typhoid Mar 2025. Medications: oral contraceptive pill (daily); Maltofer iron tablets every second night.
